The Customer data can only be accessed by the users created under the Customers account and selected Boostmyfeed employees. No Boostmyfeed employee may disclose the Customers data to any 3rd party. Boostmyfeed may use the Customers data in a anonymous or aggregated form for internal or external use (such as computing industry trends etc).
We do always use the current industry best practices for safely storing and handling data. Each account is stored in separated data store containers to further improve isolation and security. Boostmyfeed uses 3rd parties services to provide our service such as hosting, backup etc.
The customer can access any data provided by the Boostmyfeed platform (processed and unprocessed), as long as they hold a login for the website.
The Customer can at any time request Boostmyfeed to completely erase all data associated to an account. Such a request will result in all data being permanently deleted without any possibility of recovering the data.
